Custom Shift Scheduling + Content Management System (CMS)
Problem: Manually scheduling medical volunteers for their shifts was time consuming, error prone, and just a pain in the butt all the way around.
Solution: Leveraging the dub5 platform, Stage 2 developed a custom web application for SHINE, allowing them to transition from what was formerly a 100% manual process - everything from screening volunteer applications, training and shift co-ordination, and information dissemination - to a centralized, automated system where volunteers are fairly scheduled and offered shifts, and replacements are automatically contacted in an automatically determined "fair" manner via email and SMS when cancellations and last-minute changes occur.

Problem: A rapidly growing network of bloggers and their audience, dedicated to NHL hockey, couldn't handle heavy spikes in traffic when news broke.
Solution: A custom web application architected with scalability and extensibility at the forefront of the requirements. The Wordpress CMS was a great start for the Nations, but it soon became clear as the sites grew that it while it was enough to get going and prove out the concept, it would not be the technology platform capable of fulfilling the site's long-term ambition of being a community hub with fully integrated games, polls, and various other interactive and social media capabilities.

CAPE (Canadians for Access to Professional Education)
Multi-language Content Management System + CiviCRM + E-Commerce
Problem: CAPE needed a website to act as their central online presence, capable of taking donations online, available in both English and French.
Solution: Stage 2 built a custom Drupal system for content management, integrated with CiviCRM for donations and donor information collection, which in turn was customized to support multi-lingual donation and checkout pages.

A one-stop shop for driving higher customer engagement, satisfaction, and sales.
